We all walk through life and encounter things that cause us stress, sadness or frustration. The majority of us stuff those feelings away. For example: you get cut off in traffic, your boss yells at you, your teenager hurts your feelings, you have a difficult family, etc.
Imagine if you had a balloon attached to you above your head. Now imagine if every time you got stressed or frustrated you blew into the balloon.

One day the balloon will get so full that it will either leak all over or just pop. This can be seen as passive aggressive anger, shortness with others, impatience or anger.
I am offering a 30-minute session for you to empty your balloon. Most of us don’t get listened to with out interruption. This is an opportunity for you to just talk and let it all out; I hold the space for you quietly and with respect guide you. Once your balloon is empty you will feel so much better.
The session will end with some light coaching to help you move forward and manage your balloon better. 30 minutes and you will feel lighter, less stressed, happier and more confident in your self.
